Online And Offline Workshop :

Online and offline workshops were conducted considering the various issues so that the elected public representatives are continuously informed about the epidemic in a scientific manner and they can take necessary action accordingly

In which –

• Scientific understanding of Corona and understanding of its guidelines
• Role of Panchayat in areas like employment, health, and education for the poor and deprived community

Experts were involved in this information including doctors and panchayat experts. Technology and multimedia have also been used for widen awareness of the Covid issue.

In Kutch, district panchayat and sarpanch associations have been incorporated so that the sarpanchs themselves can learn from each other.

Sarpanch and members of 205 villages in 6 out of ten talukas of Kutch participated in these workshops. Under this work, a new initiative was undertaken to reach out to people by documenting videos on the experience and work related to Covid issues under the leadership of the Sarpanch of Kukma, Kunaria and Angia villages.
